Pork Chop Meal

Ingredients:
Boneless Pork Chops

Spinach

Baking Potato

Thaw pork chops from freezer. Microwave the potatoes first- 6-10 minutes depending on quantity and size. Turn once. Salt and pepper the pork chops, cook on grill for 5-7 minutes. Steam spinach in the mircowave. Toss with vinegar and salt.

  1. Frank and I will take some liberties with this one. He likes sweet potatoes much better than whites, so I’ll swap them out. If it is not cold out, we might throw the chops on the real grill. We got in that habit when we lived in Houston and I cook as much out there as I can! I never think to steam spinach, so will try that one as a brand new twist! Thanks, Judy!!

  2. I’ve been doing the pork chops on the George Foreman grill…5-6 minutes tops, and no turning necessary since it cooks both sides at once. Lately I bought some small red potatoes, and zap them in 3-4 minutes in the microwave, then steam the spinach in the micro or on the stove if you prefer – 2-3 minutes. Dinner is ready in less than 10 minutes- healthy, quick, and good!
